Use fresh Parmisan, but stay light!
Parmisan is a fantastic cheese, but it contains a lot of fat, and it should be better not to exaggerate with it. That is why a grater in paper plane form is a new and funny way to bring Parmisan on the table, but a reminder to use it with caution.
It becomes therefore a metaphor of a healthy alimentation, through a perl of It-alian food, the Parmisan cheese.
And as it doesn’t need a foothold, it is simpler to handle it flying over the dish.
The grater is made in stainless steel, and it is thought as an appetising “all’italiana” table tool.
It was born from the idea of making something for the table starting by a flat sheet of material. And the first thing that came out was a paper plane. Then, because of the V form, it was just perfect for a slice of Parmisan!
And besides the new “chemical” way of seeing food, this can be an “adventurous” way of eating and let the imagination fly!
